Ultrasonics are ideally suited for the treatment of industrial parts and components.

soniKKs generators create ultrasonic frequencies, transform them into high voltage and transmits it to the transducers. They convert the electrical oscillations into mechanical movement. The transducers themselves comprise mechanical components as well as polarized piezo-ceramic discs.

By means of the then mechanical oscillations, the part under treatment is heats up. Since the heat dissipation is very locally limited, one or more parts can be welded, punched, riveted, cut or coined in a cyclical/clocked fashion.

The soniKKs boosters and transducers are exclusively made of premium metal alloys to protect them from cavitational damage. We are proud to use high grade steels or titanium alloys that have been certified for use in aerospace applications.
